Nancy Kirby Law Office was created on March 15, 2006 by Nancy M. Kirby, and was originally located on South Lawrence Street in Montgomery, Alabama. On June 1, 2016, the Firm moved to its present location at 1809 Station Drive, Suite C, Prattville, AL 36066. In December 2018, the Firm opened its second location at 14000 AL Hwy 22 East, Rockford, AL 35136. Our Alexander City office opened on May 1, 2022.

Our Firm is focused in the following areas of practice: Criminal Defense, Family Law, Appeals, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Personal Injury and many other general civil practice areas. The Firm plans to evolve in the near future to include Real Estate Closings and offer Co-Parenting classes.

Our practice is primarily focused on clients residing in Autauga, Elmore, Coosa, Clay, Tallapoosa and Montgomery Counties, but we have clients that reside all over the State of Alabama.
